Dr. Cynthia Wolf Johnson, Associate Provost for Academic Services and Teaching Associate Professor of Communication Studies, has conducted research on leadership within multiracial, multiethnic environments. Prior to joining UNC Charlotte in July 2006, Dr. Wolf Johnson taught courses at UNC Chapel Hill focused on leadership theory and development, leadership and communication, and higher education administration. Dr. Wolf Johnson received her B.A. from Boston College , M.A. from the University of Maryland , and Ed.D. from NC State University . Dr. Wolf Johnson also serves as Faculty Affiliate for the Organizational Science doctoral program at UNC Charlotte and is a leadership consultant and trainer with a special focus on multiculturalism. Past clients have included Duke University , UNC Chapel Hill's School of Journalism and M.B.A. Program, Association of Orange County Community Agencies, Hubert H. Humphrey Fellows, Institute of International Education , and BRIDGES: Academic Leadership (Program) for Women .
